When will my order ship?

Any order placed after November 1st is part of our pre-order batch. These pieces are currently in production and will be ready within 4–6 weeks. Once production is complete, we’ll ship all pre-orders together with our next drop.

If you ordered the Pink Set, those pieces are already arriving at our facility and will ship out within a couple of days to up to a week. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

When is the next drop ?

We’re currently curating a new moment — the next collection is expected to be ready in about 4 weeks. Each drop is crafted with purpose and released in very limited quantities, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Are all sales final?

Yes — all sales are final. Each piece is produced in limited quantities, and we don’t offer cancellations or returns once an order is placed. If there’s ever an issue with your item, reach out to us and we’ll make sure it’s taken care of.

Can I still place an order while the site is closed?

While the site is closed, we’re preparing for our next drop. You can’t place new orders right now unless you have aprivate password or early access link. Make sure you’re signed up for early access — that’s your only guarantee to shop before the public.

Will sold-out pieces ever restock?

Some of our most sought-after pieces do return, but never in large quantities. Restocks are rare and often feature slight updates in color or detail. Sign up for email or SMS alerts to know first when a restock happens.
